The Company has set forth the following Privacy Policy, and hereby declare its proper protection of personal information.

The Company handles personal information in relation to activities, hiring, and employee management in legal and proper manner. If the Company intends to collect, use, or provide a third party with personal information, the Company shall specify the purpose of such usage and obtain prior consent from customers, job applicants, and employees (hereinafter "individual concerned"), and shall not use it for the purpose other than the original intent.

In collecting personal information, the Company shall specify the purpose of use, notify the individual concerned of the purpose of use or publicly announce the purpose of use, and shall use legal and fair means to the extent necessary for achieving the purpose. The Company esteems the individual rights concerning personal information and shall disclose, correct or delete, or suspend the use of personal information appropriately according to specified rules when requests are made by individual concerned.

When handling personal information, the Company complies with laws regarding the protection of personal information as well as regulations, norms, guidelines, and other rules regarding the protection of personal information established by administrative agencies.

To ensure the accuracy and safety of personal information, the Company shall implement information security measures and other safety measures, and shall make every effort to prevent and remediate unauthorized access, loss, destruction, tampering, leakage, or other damage to personal information.
